A spot for Instagram about making your own memes and sending them to friends: the small, specific jokes that only land with the people they’re for. The point wasn't the meme. It was what happens after you send it.
The studio Roger had the project. We animated all of the 2D, designed a good part of it, and did the final composite, the last pass where everything has to look like it lives in the same world. The trick was keeping it polished without losing the thing that makes a meme work: it looks like somebody made it in thirty seconds.
There’s a meme for everyone. The best ones are for your friends.
